Six week short course

The skills that decide whether a client stays.

Nobody teaches account management properly, most people learn it by making expensive mistakes in front of a client. This unit covers brief handling, relationship leadership, difficult conversations, and the professional skills that quietly decide who gets promoted.

KES 45,000 per unit plus KES 2,500 registration. Six weeks, live online evening classes, AI integrated.

Who it's for

Who this is for

Account executives, account managers, and anyone client facing who wants the skills that usually only come with painful experience.

What you'll learn

  • Take a brief properly, and know which questions to ask before you leave the room.
  • Lead a client relationship instead of processing it.
  • Handle the difficult conversation, the delay, the overrun, the rejected work.
  • Grow an account by seeing the work the client hasn't asked for yet.

How it counts toward IBC

This is a full unit of the Integrated Brand Communications programme, not a cut down version of one. If you decide to continue after the six weeks, you pay only the difference between this fee and the full IBC fee, and the unit you've completed counts toward your qualification.

Format and intake

  • Six weeks, live online evening classes on the ISA LMS.
  • AI tools integrated into the unit, not bolted on at the end.
  • Assessed through a practical presentation on a real brand.
  • Two intakes a year, January and June, with rolling short course starts in between.

Six weeks is enough to close the gap that's holding you back.
