How we handle the information you share with us.
When you enquire, subscribe to The Brief, register for an event or apply for a programme, we collect the details you give us, typically your name, email address, phone number and the programme you're interested in.
We use your details to answer your enquiry, process your application, send you the newsletter you asked for, and share information about programmes and events relevant to your interest. We do not sell your data.
We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate, for example our email and learning platforms, and with awarding bodies such as CIM where you are registered for their qualification.
Enquiry records are kept for up to three years. Student records are retained for as long as required for certification and accreditation purposes.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to stop sending you marketing, at any time. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
